What do you actually set up?

The standard setup covers two automations first: lead capture to first response and job complete to invoice, plus monitoring, issue tracking, training, and a monthly progress review.

How long does setup take?

Standard setup is 10 business days, followed by a 30-day settling-in period where we iron out any issues.

Do I have to switch tools?

We build on Jobber, OpenPhone, and QuickBooks Online. We can work with other tools, but it takes more setup time and costs more.

Who pays for the software subscriptions?

You do. Software subscriptions are paid by your company directly, while Atlas charges the setup fee and a monthly management retainer.

What is included vs. extra?

The standard setup includes lead response and invoicing on Jobber + OpenPhone + QBO. Extra locations, add-ons, other tools, custom routing, or new recurring work are handled through a written change request.
